Delivery & Returns


Roop Darshan use an express delivery service for all national and international orders so that we can ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. To ensure your package gets to you we require physical address, preferably the address you will be at during the weekdays. We will send you tracking information when your order is dispatched so you will know where it is at all times. Please allow an extra 2 days for alterations where applicable. Orders are subject to stock availability.

Our delivery rates and times* are as follows:
New Zealand 1 - 3 working days NZ$7.50 - Free on orders above NZ$50 
Australia & Fiji 2 - 5 working days NZ$25 - Free on orders above NZ$250 
Rest of World** 3 - 10 working days NZ$50 - Free on orders above NZ$300 
** Includes: USA, Canada, Mexico, India, United Kingdom, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam
*Delivery time is measured from the the date your order is dispatched and you receive your tracking information.

There are a few countries that we sadly are unable to deliver to. If you are unsure about shipping to your destination, please contact us.


Can I return my online order in store?

Online orders may only be returned at our Mount Roskill store within 28 days of receipt.

Please remember to bring proof of purchase. Unfortunately refunds cannot be issued in store, they will be processed between 2-3 working days.

Once your return has been received, a refund will be processed back on to your credit card.

Will my refund include courier charges?

Unfortunately we cannot refund courier charges unless the product is faulty.
